Return Policy
For Damaged/Incorrect Merchandise
If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect, please contact FRUIT CLIMBERS within 14 days of receipt to obtain exchange or refund. Please keep the item(s) in any packing materials that came with your shipment incase UPS, FedEx or DSL want to do an investigation on the damaged item. Once Fruit Climbers receives the damaged merchandise, we will exchange it sending the new non-damaged merchandise, free of charge.
Return for Refund
We accept returns as long as the item(s) have ALL original tags and packaging---not worn, washed, or used, within the first 14 days of receipt. If you want to return the item(s) purchased, please call FRUIT CLIMBERS to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and proper instructions on how to return the item. Please be aware, we will refund the PRICE to your credit card, but we do not refund shipping charges.
Clearance Items? All Clearance items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
